Automated technology skills audit

Paste in a Git URL. We'll identify (and explain) the technologies used.

Tech Stack Scanner

Instantly identify languages, cloud platforms, frameworks, libraries and their implications

We're building a comprehensive database of technologies, which you can leverage every time you scan a new project.

Skill Insights

See the dependencies used through an engineer's eyes

There's a lot you can tell about someone from their choice of technologies. Have they used a cloud platform, which one, which features? Do they have front-end, backend, full stack, ML/AI, and which tools? Some technologies indicate specialized knowledge, competence, professionalism or attention to detail. Do they have automated testing? CI/CD? Do they deploy to containers, serverless, virtual machines? If this is foreign to you, no problem. We'll explain as we discover skills.

Exhaustive Analysis

Nobody knows all languages

Engineers use a tremendous number of different technologies to solve projects. Not even an expert knows them all. But there are often common threads. We can build in rules for many languages so you don't need to know them all to get a signal of competence.

How It Works

Connect a Repository

Drop in a Git URL.

We fetch the code

We'll "clone" the repository and look for important files and directories, building a map of everything we find. We'll do what an expert developer would do, but faster and more exhaustively.

Clear Reports

We generate a beautiful report, providing structure and insights. By the end of it, you'll know more about technology layers, processes, libraries and why they're important.
